Frederico Figueira de Chaves is Chief Executive Officer of Fusion Fuel, returning to the role he previously held in 2023 and 2024. He brings deep institutional finance expertise and longstanding alignment with the company, having been a shareholder and Board member of Fusion Welcome, S.A. since 2018 and a member of Key Family Holdings Investments, a minority shareholder of both Fusion Fuel and Fusion Welcome, S.A. Prior to rejoining Fusion Fuel's leadership, Frederico spent over thirteen years at UBS AG, where he held a series of senior roles across asset and wealth management. These included Head of Sales Management & Marketing at UBS Asset Management, Head of Wealth Management Distribution, Chief of Staff to the Asset Management CEO, and Chief of Staff to the UBS Group COO & Head of EMEA. Frederico holds a Master's degree in Economics from the University of Edinburgh.

James Passin brings over two decades of experience in hedge fund and private equity investing, with a strong focus on uranium, mining, and frontier-market resource finance. He previously held a leadership role at Firebird Management LLC, where he directed investment activities and helped shape strategies across emerging and frontier markets. James currently serves as Co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of BioVaxys Technology Corp. and as a director of St-Georges Eco-Mining Corp. With deep expertise in resource finance and capital markets, he provides valuable strategic insight as companies navigate complex global investment landscapes.

John-Paul Backwell has over two decades of leadership experience, driving growth and innovation across diverse industries. Previously, John-Paul served as Managing Director of ILUS International, Inc. and Director of Emergency Response Technologies Inc. He also led as Managing Director of Detego Global and held various senior leadership and non-executive director positions since beginning his career in 2002. John-Paul holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Language and Literature from Stellenbosch University.

Pierce Crosby brings extensive experience in scaling fintech platforms and guiding growth-stage companies through strategic execution. He previously served as General Manager of Enterprise & North America at TradingView Inc. and has held leadership and advisory roles across financial technology and digital markets. With a strong background in financial markets and emerging technologies, Pierce will provide valuable strategic insight as Fusion Fuel advances its corporate initiatives, evaluates potential transactions, and strengthens its position in the evolving energy landscape.

Steven Gold has more than 20 years of experience in the natural resources sector, having held senior investment roles at Collecting Mining Ltd., Energold Drilling Corp., and Clarus Securities Inc. He has advised and financed numerous mining and energy-transition companies, including within the uranium industry. Steven's extensive capital-markets expertise, coupled with deep sector understanding, will be a significant asset as Fusion Fuel progresses its energy-solutions strategy, strengthens governance, and pursues long-term growth opportunities.

Luisa Ingargiola is a seasoned finance executive and public company board member with extensive experience in capital markets and corporate governance. She has held CFO and audit committee roles across several NASDAQ-listed companies, including Avalon GloboCare Corp., Vision Marine Technologies Inc., and ElectraMeccanica Vehicles Corp. With a strong background in financial oversight and compliance, Luisa will play a key role in strengthening Fusion Fuel's governance and audit functions. She holds a Bachelor's in Finance from Boston University and a Master's in Health Administration from the University of South Florida.
