In our second technical note, we would like to share the infrastructure behind our Electrochemistry and Materials Laboratory (ECM Lab) and its innovative strategies employed in the development and testing of our HEVO:
1. The innovative Plug&Play solution designed for HEVO technology (mini PEM architecture), which simplifies the integration and operation of our electrolysers;
2. The significant focus on the large-scale testing infrastructure that supports the simultaneous evaluation of 66 commercial units. This setup is crucial for assessing the reliability, efficiency, and scalability of the HEVO technology under prolonged operational conditions;
3. The critical role of protective coatings on metallic components within PEM electrolyzers. Strategies for ensuring compatibility with the components of the Electrochemical Core, aimed at extending the operational lifespan and improving the efficiency of the HEVO technology.
By addressing the laboratory capabilities, long-term operational strategies, and material interactions, our second communication provides a comprehensive view of the challenges and solutions in the energy transition, to support the penetration of green hydrogen in our society.
Explore how we're shaping the future of clean energy.
